It is so cool to spend time engineering with children. Today I spent time with my great-nephew Thomas! Awesome little guy! Knows everything! We were playing with legos and I was trying to make a cool vehicle to play cars with. He kept taking it away from me and telling me I had it wrong. Very frustrating, that! lol When he and his Mom went off to get a great doctors report, I spent the time crafting the perfect little legos car. When he got back he told me how cool it was and then proceeded to redesign it into what it REALLY was. He was right! What I had created was an amazing land speeder! Wow how could I miss that. He was still playing with it when I left. I stand corrected. HA! I am so grateful for the intelligence that surrounds me always. I am getting better at listening too! Who would have though?
