It is so pathetic how ObamaCare has screwed up my life! Somehow my non-taxable long-term disability income is now suddenly taxable! It should NOT be by their law since I paid taxes on the premium. State of TX ERS Retirees are no longer protected under any grandfather clauses evidently since my RXs are no longer being filled thru my secondary insurance but FILED thru them & filled thru Medicare Part D rules. The only plus side is no dont hole. This is the first year since becoming disabled 17 years ago that I have co-pays for hospitals, tests, dr visits etc. When SilverScript took over our RX service, certain meds were disqualified & daily amounts reduced BY the insurance company! Where do they get off thinking they know better than my dr what needs & in what qty I need? As Ive said before its going to take Dr. G after Im gone to prove to all these non-believers, hospitals, drs, police, EMS, family & friends that Ive been telling the truth about my physical condition. I can only pray that someone will take all my evidence, including the actual clamp & hemostat that are inside my abdomen, which were left during the 1994 surgery, & go after all these SOBs who have been IMO torturing, ignoring & harassing me since prior to my being thrown into Cedar Crest.
