It is so that a lot of people make a huge mistake about people whom are speaking Arabic. It is not guaranteed by Allah that people whom are speaking Arabic are Momin (Muslim). It is also true that Quran is in Arabic so it does not matter whether someone is an Arabic speaker or other then that a Momin must follow the content of Quran and live in the way of Quran whether one is Arabic or non Arabic such people are called Muslim. The content of Quran is not a game and it is by the way for a lot of people not easy to follow it maybe also not for Arabs. If someone want to know what is Quran and what is its content then in a lot of languages one can find the Quran with its translation but if someone want to learn Arabic because of Quran almighty then it is yet better so just a language does not make someone a Muslim or Momin even Arabs not. The people whom are really following Quran and live or do there best to live in the way of it are just like a one nation apart of language, skin colour, or whatever and they call themselves Mominin (believers) , Muslims.
