It is so very frustrating to see the favoritism and patting on the back towards those who Just exist at work and dont make any other effort to help out or do anything out of their job description or always say thats not my job. To see the joingoistic and atrocious mannered incompetence get praised for doing nothing and get the brother in law stroke, all the while being obstreperous about what they are supposed to do. There are people who work quietly that put ALL their effort into an 8 hour day who WANT to be an asset, that suffer through pain suffered through laborious tasks all the while treading quietly. They say life isnt fair, but to work and do what is expected of you plus going out of your way to make things happen, while the lazy and obstreperous get rewarded is unnecessary.
