It is such a blessing to witness friends living their purpose and shining brightly. Im so proud of my dear friend Darin Olien. His new book comes out in February and I cant wait to read it. We met many years ago and Darin was instrumental in teaching me how to be in my body and treat it well. His enthusiasm for life, wellness and living in the joy is off the charts.
