It is such a difficult time with increasing climate change, the genocide in Gaza, war in other countries and corrupt governments and corporations that it is hard to keep informed without feeling frustration, angry, hopeless, depressed, etc. Now more than ever I personally think we need consistent respite and to re-charge the batteries before we go back into the digital trenches or deal with our own lives. Love in Action also means loving yourself by caring for yourself as you would anyone else.
