It is the fear of most artists to be criticized, either outwardly or inwardly. If we put ourselves out there we know we will here such words as, She/He isnt that talented, that work sucks, I could do a better job. But for those who say this usually they arent creating art or they are jealous of those that do. As artists we have to push past these blocks and put something out there. Sure, the first draft may suck, but it is in the application we grow in creativity. It is the courage to express our ideas we expand in expertise. You could sit on the sidelines and bash everyones art or you could make art, develop your creativity and allow your soul to soar.
