It is theft. They arent paying for the impacts of sea level rise, of crop loss, of health impacts. They arent paying for the impacts of drought and flooding. We need those costs to be put into the price of their fuels. We need a revenue neutral carbon fee and dividend. That money needs to stop going into their coffers and start going into the pockets of those of us that will carry the burdens-the citizens.
