It is time politicians do de-brainwash those people who are always having totally nonsense suspicion of Nepal going to be Sikkim or Bhutan. Nepal, with more than 3 dozen embassies in Kathmandu, is a sovereign country for last hundreds of years, never colonized even in British Empire days, how it is possible that it will change now in the present flat world of 21st century? It is time top leaders & government do massive campaign to teach 26.6million population about need to have good relation with India and have serious talk with New Delhi & big business houses of India to develop hydropower. We can hire global consultants like Mackenzie of US to do negotiation on all technical & financial matters. Governments of past are shy and afraid to talk frankly about relation with India, especially about cooperation to take up big hydropower projects on win-win basis. Now, Nepal cannot afford to sleep on this matter, country must gear up to attain high economic growth.
