It is time to start the recall process on each and every Congress member who has violated their Oath of Office by proposing laws that violate the US Constitution. In some cases criminal charges should also be pursued. But I have no problem with Homeland Security getting the phone records, but they should have a warrant issued by a court in the name and phone number of each record they want, justified by probable cause. Wholesale access of any private records or data is not acceptable for any reason, the USA is a country based on Constitutional Law ---No exceptions within the jurisdiction of any part of the USA. (that is a period) Outside the US jurisdiction, US Law does not and should not apply. But inside the USA probable cause should always be followed. NO US CITIZEN SHOULD BE ADUDICATED WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE AND WITHOUT CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL WARRENTS ISSUED BY A JUDICIAL BODY.
