It is unfortunately and an embarassment to realize how Batswana arent WILLING to really lobby as Agricultural Unions and Associations. This reluctancy will affect us all in the mid to long term future. If we cant all stand together for one common cause of Agriculture then we wont be able to twist the markets arm, negotiate for group purchases for inputs and even seeking international markets by gathering commodity harvests to tap on other alternative and lucrative markets. This behaviour is not good at all. Seeing the unformity and cooperation of other Unions/Associations/Coorporatives such our neighbouring South Africas NWK, GRAIN-SA and my all time favourite POTATO SOUTH AFRICA. They have excelled very much and really understood the power of standing together and not standing alone.
