It is usual practice of Congress Party to launch a populist scheme before every general election using huge amount from urban tax payers money starting from Indira Gandhi days like “20 Sutri Karyakram”, “IRDP” in Rajiv Gandhi days, “NAREGA”,”MANREGA” & now “Food Security Bill” in Italian Madam’s regime. Every time after launch of these programs poor voters of this country vote largely in favour of Congress in hope of decrease in poverty but real picture is totally reverse. Every time all these programs have increased huge burden on fiscal deficit and now it is around five percent of GDP. After implementation of Food Security Bill it (Fiscal Deficit) may rise up to seven to eight percent of GDP. In addition to fiscal deficit Current Account Deficit, which is also over 5% of GDP, these two killers of economy are going to project a very dark and hope less picture of Indian Economy at global level. It is nothing but throwing this country into the ocean of severe poverty, hunger & backwardness. It is a blue print of total collapse of Indian Economy.
