It is very sad to share that Avijit Roy, DMWSC staff (driver) is no longer amidst us. He had a massive heart attack and died yesterday in the morning. He had joined DMWSC in 2012. He was a very good staff, very dedicated towards his work and as a person he was helpful, caring, loving and giving. He was from Balughat and has left behind his elderly mother and an unmarried sister. He was the only earning member of his family. Our sisters Initha and Leena were with him in the hospital when he died and later all the DMWSC staff were present to bid farewell before he was taken to his home town. We will have a memorial mass for him on Thursday. Avijit will be missed and always remembered by everyone who knew him. May his soul forever rest in peace.
