It is very seldom we respond to reviews on our Facebook page, however we feel after reviewing our surveillance tapes and speaking with our client it more than fair that we do so in this instance. We always welcome and take into consideration constructive criticism. It is our goal to continually better our business. Our video footage very clearly shows the bride and groom escorted with silver tray service for the buffet meal they requested. Service to all tables is available for a fee. This particular couple did not request or pay for table service. In regards to bussing of the tables, they were bussed in an appropriate time based on the time the meal was served and the clients request. The reviewer is more than welcome to meet with us to review the video footage. The client came in the day after the reception to thank us and stated how wonderful everything was and we received a call from a guest at this event looking for an item left at our facility the night of the event. They stated that the food and service was wonderful.
