It is very stupid to sit at school for to learn abhidhamma for years and when they know it ..what to see what they have is only ego. This is happening in the world. In reality, buddha says it is very harmful for people when anyone one come out to interpret on magga-phala as it mentioned in the scripture. That why buddha said this.. Ma paramparaya and kung zi did not allow anyone to interpret about deep law of nature of tao in according to his own understanding. Don’t believe in something merely because it has become a traditional practice. People tend to imitate what others do and then pass the habit along, as in the story of the rabbit that was terrified by a fallen mango (like Chicken Little’s falling sky). When the other animals saw the rabbit running at top speed, they were frightened too and ran after it. Most of them ended up tripping and tumbling off a cliff to their deaths. Any vipassana (insight) practice that merely imitates others, that just follows traditions, will bring similar results.
