It is way too late. Color . . . . Not race. Blacks are the first target of state violent as a method of rule over the white working class. “Side with us” screams the white capitalist ruling class “and we will improve your life over and above that of the blacks, brown and Indian whom you must help us suppress,” has been the written law, unwritten law, custom and social contract holding America together as a political state. Calling this social contract of rule race and racism, rather than what it is, social status and control based on color, is a concession to the ruling class and makes it impossible for us to attack the system which is the problem. There are some favorable shifts in international relations that make it impossible to govern America on the old color basis. Continental Africa has emerged as the last great area of earth open to investment of finance capital promising healthy returns for the next 50 – 100 years. The color equation cannot survive as the index of control with the rise of Africa. A similar dynamic came into play with the color factor in respects to the Chinese in America. In 1949 when the revolutionary communist liberated China from British, American and Japanese imperialism, the state department began changing domestic policy toward the historic Chinese communities in America. Before 1949, the Chinese were treated like dogs and lowly humans in American culture. We will continue to fight for our own emancipation in America but it is good to have a broader view of events and the environment we are fighting in. White unity cannot stand in a Europe increasingly being torn apart by class antagonism between the different classes in Europe. In addition, there is the Russian state (“very white”). We also are not minorities. I have come to dislike the word minority because it hides the color factor. The color factor in America divides the various ethnic Europeans who have evolved as the Anglo American peoples on one side and the then everyone else who is not European or classified as European on the other side. The universal protest in support of Ferguson and New York is writing a new chapter in American history. Michael Brown and Eric Garner have everything to do with the color factor. The color factor as a rationale for murder is being rejected by a fighting section of the people of America without regard to color.
