It is with GREAT joy that I announce to you all that as of 3:00 today, Wednesday, May 28th, we officially closed on the purchase of our new property, located at 6871 16th Avenue SW! Your ongoing encouragement, faithfulness & prayers have been the keys that have allowed us to follow well as God has provided, through you, time and again on Our Journey to date! With a bridge loan from our District for the final 17% of the land cost, we were able to close in CASH and with your ongoing, enthusiastic contributions, we should be able to repay this in full by December, at minimal interest cost and no traditional bank loan fees! We are working hard at getting water, electric, mowing & on-site storage established even as I type!
