It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I write this post. My father Carl C. Brenneman passed away last night. He was the most loving and caring father a daughter could ever ask for. He was my mentor and teacher, willing to help me learn how to do anything. For me he was my cheerleader and supporter for every thing I ever wanted to do even when he did not approve. For those that knew him well, he was a real live “Mc Gyver” who could fix, rig or build just about anything. For my family he was always there with a smile and hug – happy just to be with his family. We have had so many close calls where my Dad was able to beat the odds. Now, I am trying to focus on the time that I was so lucky to share with him over the years. No matter how many days we had together, I still want more. I love you Daddy with all of my heart. I miss you. Until we meet again.
