It is with great sadness but with no regret that I announce today that I will be closing the personal training arm of Workouts With Teresa effective immediately. As many of you know I am a full time nurse. I have in recent months, revived my love of nursing and feel very satisfied with my current job and my future in this profession. It has also become very demanding of my time. So demanding in fact, that I find it hard to fit in my OWN workouts, let alone help my personal training clients like I used to! I plan to keep my foot in the fitness game by continuing classes here at WWT on the weekends but personal training during the week will be no more. I want to say thanks all my clients past and present for allowing me to share my passion with you and to be a part of your fitness journeys. I plan to keep up with you all via the WWT Fb page where I will continue to post workouts, challenges, fitness and health tips. And I am still your Go-2 for questions and all things Beachbody!
