It is with great sadness that I inform you of the passing of a beloved member of the Maryhill College Family.....Gretchen, the adopted fur, four legged icon of MC. She died in my arms this evening as I was to take her to the vet. I can only find comfort in that she is now relieved of her pain and suffering. From what I was told, Gretchen was around MC for the last 16 or so years. In the last few months, she had slowed down and lost weight, but she never gave up in showing some happiness when I was around to feed her favorite such as KFC, CK or McD chicken. Gretchen was a friendly, laid back dog. Thank you for waiting for me to allow me to say goodbye in person. I arrived in Lucena at 2:30pm, went to MC at 4pm, was with Gretchen from 5-6pm. She died in my arms at 6pm. :( Rest in peace, Gretchen. Youre already being missed.
