It is with much regret that we have to change the gas pumps at our stores to pre-pay only. Effective immediately. We have held out as long as possible, but can no-longer bear the brunt of the cost of un-paid drive-offs. Whether drive-offs happen unintentionally or with malice, the costs are much greater than just the cost of the fuel. Not only are there administrative costs for filing the reports, etc, but we also have to file these reports with the local police departments. This costs them in time and effort too. By switching to pre-pay only, we cut all these costs and free up our employees to spend more time serving the paying customers - and the police have more time to protect and serve! You have the option to pay at the pump with your credit, debit or fleet cards, but for cash and check transactions, we now require you to come in and pay first. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and hope you understand. Thanks for your continued patronage!
