It is with sad news that I am reporting on here - but just so that the news gets out to as many as possible. Received a call from brother Randy stating that Dad does not have much longer to live and that we, meaning family, need to get his affairs in order. I dont know all the conversation between my brother Les, sister-in-law Janet and Dads doctor, but according to Randy, the doctor said that there were only two choices - either open heart surgery, which Dad wouldnt make it, or to keep Dad comfortable with medication. So tomorrow, Mom, Jen, the kids and I are heading to Calgary to see Dad. Please pray for him that hell astound the doctors and pull out of this.
