It is with the heaviest heart that we must announce the cancelation of Wife And I 2014 We invested a great deal of time and money into this event but despite all our efforts, ambition and enthusiasm ... we failed to secure enough participants to make this a profitable venture for both the venue and ourselves. We along with Secrets Resort wanted nothing more than for this to happen and happen in the big way we planned it .... but unfortunately, sometimes things do not go according to plan and math must take take a sobering lead role in decision making. Our financial loss from this is significant. But for us the greatest loss is failing all of those who believed in us, this concept and our overall vision for a unified non judgemental lifestyle where everyone is free to just be who they are ..... whoever they are. Our first major international event, and we let you down. We are genuinely sorry. It takes a lot of money to operate a venue like Secrets Resort on a daily basis and having to cancel was something ourselves and resort ownership puzzled over and racked our brains over for weeks. James himself was a major motivator and supporter from the start and even encouraged us to fight on early on at times when we honestly just really felt like throwing in the towel when the registrations were slow. Because of this he has earned friends for life and we encourage you to still give his resort a try. It really is a nice place. By now you should have received an email notification from Event Brite indicating that we have processed a full refund back to the credit card you used during registration. If for some reason you have not received your refund please contact us and we will take care of it immediately. Again we are beyond sorry for letting all of you down.
