It isnt an accident that wolves form packs. A wolf pack is really nothing more than a team that is led by a dominant alpha male and female wolf. There is no doubt that the alpha male is the leader and that the alpha female acts much like a counselor and has a high degree of responsibility. The leadership structure is based on ability and confidence. These two wolves continually demonstrate leadership at the pack level. Their partnership is not a casual encounter. Once the leadership structure is in place, there is no backing out. Responsibilities are long term. Gerald William Willhite we were doing this long before we knew.
