It just gets richer and deeper; the stink, that is... Two things are necessary, well three, actually; Legislate protection for whistle-blowers; remove the VA IG outside the agencys control; get the FBI off its dead ass and find out who these conniving, psyco managers are. Woops, forgot the most important; institute peer and employee review of all VA managers. Thats right! The decent employees KNOW who these assholes are.
