It just gets worse and worse. This theft was much bigger than any of the ones so far. By the way, I dont believe that the business that generated the payments to Plain Green was owned or even majority owned by Plain Green. You dont own something and then only get 4.5 % of the net or even the gross. By Federal Law (Buy Indian Act and other procurement regulations) the Tribe must get 51% of the benefit from a business endeavor, not 4-5%. Yes, the Tribe owned Plane Green but they sure didnt own the business that generated the income that paid the money to Encore and the individuals. That was owned by someone else who was using the Tribes sovereign immunity to hide activities or shield activities that were otherwise violations of Federal Law and State Consumer Lending. If the Tribe received x million from the Money Source owning only 4% and Encore and friend received $13 Million on their share of X, what was that amount. And since that amount was generated from xx (the business as a going concern that generated the 4-5% for the Tribe and 95% for xx, the number xx got would be in the $hundreds of millions, if not over a billion. The Tribe should have got $hundred of millions if it majority owned the business that generated the benefits. I dont care diddly about $13 Million, Id rather have ten or twenty times that amount. Class Action Anyone? If the Tribe wont fight for our money that was given away by our officials in this deal, the people sure as hell can. And the feds havent even looked at the Casino and what happened there. All so a few could get a few $hundred thousand and a few could get a few millions, we, the people lost $100s of Millions.
