When I came home today, I finally saw the rafter (I looked it up) of wild turkeys the boys have been talking about - I saw at least 10 turkeys (the guys say theyve seen 20 or so in that spot.) Two toms were fanned out and strutting. As I pulled up to the driveway, a pair of mourning doves greeted me as if to say, welcome back. My little trip to town was mundane except I bought garden seed today. I cant wait to start putting them into containers and get them started inside. The deck is going to be the perfect greenhouse with all southern glassed-in exposure. I think spring is here.
