It never ceases to amaze me how you can have such an intimate relationship with someone for a long period of time, and then come to find out that it was all a lie. Knowing that someone that you love and care for in the deepest and most personal of manners has not only been lying to you, but constantly betraying you is one of the most painful things to experience. While you may always love and care for that person, distancing yourself from the poison that they have brought to your life is necessary. Today I have made that choice. The health and welfare of my daughter and myself are more important than holding on to something that was deemed unimportant by another. I wish nothing but the best to this person, and hope that all of their dreams come true. There will always be a piece of my heart that us with them, even if only at a distance. Best wishes and may God bless and keep them.
