It never ceases to amaze me the stories I hear all of our top leaders in Le-Vel tell about how they lost so many friends when they became focused and were intent on securing their familys futures. There comes a point in our lives when we have to decide to make the sacrifices necessary to reach a comfortable place. Once we are atop that mountain we can settle in and keep watch over our kingdom... but until then we work, we hunt, we protect our dreams in order for them to become reality. It has been said that you will only become as successful as the people you surround yourself with. Now, small minded people will automatically say something negative and judgmental and criticize those of us who begin to live our lives with this type of focus... yet every single one of us that I know in this company has reached out to all of their friends and loved ones... holding their hand out to join in this journey. Some wouldnt take the offered hand, some took it until it became too much work and others are still holding tight and adding more and more people one hand at a time. I envision a collection of people, holding hands, spanning across the country and soon the world. All with a dream. The details are varied and colorful and create a beautiful tapestry. The journey is tiring at times, it requires hard work and dedication and determination but the rewards and the final payout will be so so worth it! I am so happy, deep down in my soul happy...and I couldnt be more grateful!
