It occurred to me today that I advertise my business as Striving to be your dogs home away from home. I know my kennel will never be home, but I do try to make it happy for your dogs. clean. sanitary. loving. I try to employee folks who believe in those things as well. Sometimes I have had good ones and sometimes I have had folks who just viewed it as a nasty job they hated. That whole your dogs home away from home, well, that applies to me as well. Getting back on point, during the slow times, Jan thru Mar/sometimes April, I try to get off early. During my busy times and most especially when I have projects going on, I am at the kennel more than I am at home. So it is my home away from home as well. I like it to be organized. clean. nice. Since I dont have the energy to make sure my own home is clean, organized and nice. Hope that helps some of you feel a little better about leaving your pets at Rainbow kennels LLC. I have customers come and go. customers who board once and never come back. I also have customers who have been with me for years and never will board their dogs at another facility. I appreciate every one who has ever come and really appreciate those who use my facility on a regular basis and have for years. I know you keep coming because you believe in me and what I am doing and what I have paid employees hired to do. I am almost ready to post photos of the new flooring in the office. No more nasty carpet. sorry it took so long to get it out of there! next project, getting the parking lot fixed.
