It only costs £40 to Feed and Educate one more Child for a Year! Sasyeni Primary School in the Tsavo region of Kenya needs your help.... Through the Global Angels programme, each child can receive a nutritious meal providing 60% of their daily food requirement every school day. This year, Tsavo has been hit by a particularly severe drought and crop failure, making it even more difficult for families to survive. Therefore a school feeding programme is vital over the next 1-2 years. Education is often sacrificed for families living in extreme poverty whose natural option is to see their children as part of the family workforce. Where school feeding is available, education becomes a welcome alternative to families and part of a sustainable solution for the long term transformation of whole communities.
