It pains me to see all of the judging and tearing down of each other that I see when I read posts and reviews on the internet---what they judge in others, they judge in themselves and the destructive cycle continues and continues. So much written and verbal emotional violence, the hidden epidemic because everyone sees it as normal, common, okay and we dont see its immediate effects like we do with war and physical violence--addictions, obsessions, turning into physical violence, egoic out-of-control behaviors. Shame is such a destructive force perpetuating suffering throughout our society today, like a bad nightmare. News is full of fear and negativity. Media mostly feeds and exacerbates the collective and individual egoic mind structures that are so bent on me, me, me, me, me, me, at the cost of the destruction of the planets environment and peoples unconditional love being further buried and hidden underneath their pain and facades and dysfunctional behaviors.
