It really hurts, I am sitting here it tears and make no apologies for it. One of my dearest friends and lifes good guys has passed away this afternoon. God rest your soul Mr Glyn Hopkins, someone who I was proud to call a dear friend. He was my sons coach from the age of 10 and I am sure, like me that all parents whos boys were under his stewardship will be grateful that their paths crossed such a kind and caring man. He lived for his football, he loved every lad as though he was his own, he was a big part of Gorleston Football Club and will live on forever in our hearts and oh so sadly missed. The World is a far poorer place this evening. RIP Glyn Hopkins, a great friend, a superb coach and one of the very best. I will truly miss you Hotshot you were one of the very best and I will always be proud of our friendship and thankful you were in my life xxxxxxxx
