It really pisses me off when all coaches care about is winning. Yeah i want my team to win but at what expense??? When a child sits on the bench the whole game just because he needs more practice thats wrong. Also, there shouldnt be try outs at 9 years old either. Its not fair and it doesnt even give the kids that could potentially be great at a sport a chance. Some kids do not have parents that invest in time with their kids like others. With that being said of course theyre not going to be as good but is it fair for the child to be sitting the whole game???? Sometimes the coaches need to step aside from the winning and try looking thru childs eyes.....whats your thoughts because Ive had enough?!?!?!?!
