It recently dawned on me that there is another Navy SEALs BattleFrog Series Race this weekend and it does not conflict with the Boston Spartan Race as I had originally thought. This one strikes a special chord as it is being held in my hometown state of NJ at the famed Raceway Park in Englishtown, site of the past 3 years of Worlds Toughest Mudder. I searched around for photos and reviews of their previous events to gather some fodder for my own words to describe my own experience at the DC event and I came across this fantastic review which I thought this pretty much sums it all up. My only critique would be that they placed a few too many obstacles at the start which led to a small bottleneck, but in only their third event stuff like that is to be expected as they otherwise knocked this one out of the park. Aside from that, I would 100% reiterate all of this reviews high marks and praises (scroll to bottom). Go ahead and read it and see what all of the hype of this new race series is about.
