It saddens me to tell, late night, less than 24 hours ago, Mom suffered a massive stroke that resulted in a hemorrhage at the brain stem. The outlook, to say the least, is not good. The doctors have informed us that she has most likely suffered devastating brain injury. By Moms wishes, she was removed from life support (vent) this morning. Now its just a matter of time. Although her breathing is labored, they tell us she is in no pain. Our only wish at this time is that she remains at peace and pain free until the time comes.
