It saddens my heart to see so many people out in the world living in fear, living in abusive relationships not know how to communicate, going to a job that they do not love, and most of all not knowing their purpose here. I want to shout from the hill tops stop it stop doing that to yourself, there is no need to put yourself through that anymore you have suffered long enough. Yet I know how fear gets a grip, fear that if you spoke to that person in your life they may leave you, fearing if you spoke to your boss about how you are feeling they may fire you, feeling like you cannot do the things you want to do because you tell yourself you cannot afford it, feeling like your life is a waste. Well I am here, I am willing, I want you to reach out and say help me it take strength and courage to admit life is not feeling so good I know this our team knows this we have been through those feelings each and everyone of them, we may of had a different story yet they all come down to the same feelings. Please I am asking you to not choose to live and other moment in suffering choose to say I want help and we will be right here waiting.
