It seems like every few months they talk about raising the debt ceiling! I guarantee even if they do raise it this time they will have this issue come up again in the near future! The fact is Govt made promises it cant keep or afford and cuts must be made otherwise the country will become insolvent! Think about it this way run up a steep mountain and then do it again this time with you carrying another 200 lbs on your back , see how far you get the 2nd time! No amount of tax hikes, or money printing through one the Central banks Ponzi schemes such as Quantative Easing will be able to save the govt! Both political parties are at fault the size of Govt has grown under both Democrat & Republican administrations!
