It seems like numerous fraudulent real estate transactions have happened in many parts of the world.so buyers be cautious of the same in certain places transactions seem OK but in some or many it seems to be fraudulent based on the data which has been Analysed in Google.However at the same time, the stock markets seem to be climbing high reliance does seem to have climbed high and that surely is kudos to those I bankers who have done their done diligence and invested in reliance (I did predict the same). Similarly numerous other stocks have surged high and some have unexpectedly fallen , perhaps for strange reasons as as I had even previously stated the markets have been quite weird and whacky since 2008. Nevertheless with the massive spending and numerous other transactions which have been happening it is indeed a bit puzzling that HDFC and HDFC Bank have fallen and also ICICI bank shares have fallen and this seems to be hugely symptomatic of perhaps the fact that perhaps a huge boom is surely likely to happen. Although the pattern for the past 6 years has been far too montonously the same , I am quite sure that massive accumulation of stocks namely HDFC, HDFC bank, Petronet, RPower, Reliance,IDFC, LT etc are going on. Also it is indeed quite weird for many across the world that a bipolarity in the markets have happened which is reminiscent of the tedium which tends to prevail in the world . pre 2008 the world economy and indian economy was doing a lot better with the stock markets especially the Indian stock markets doing well. However it seems that far from that more dubious other eventualities seem to be happening as per the data which has been published in google by the external regulators.Lets hope that the markets boom sooner or later. Summer in India seems to be biting in and also across the world. However the Indian FAD for real estate also is a clear indication that some day the bank stocks in India would soar high. Also The scrips in the Indian stock markets are trading at lower multiples in comparison to numerous other counterparts primarily because of the fact that alhough the PSU banks and private sector banks are at dead cheap prices. do your due diligene before investing.
