It seems like our internal political structure from top to bottom is no different than any other free world opposition party , conservative party nongovernmental political party all this power sharing with one another and confusion that rise within the public that which side they should support and to follow the rules and regulations. Seems like for that reason we dont see unity . Treated our society in exile as if we live in our own country .. through the sense of political differences and ideas many seems to forget that we are refugees ..yes we live in free country for 55 years yet we are not free .. so long as Tibet is not free , we are not free in exile . China use Tibet issue a political issue but we Tibetans must have to know issue is not political , it is a moral issue , and this sense of morality comes from Dharma only not from sense of politics . Dharma unites people and politics divides people .. other word divide and conquer and it creates nothing but confusion within .
