It seems one issue of debate in recent months is the issue of grant funding for the City. If we are to move forward as a city, we need to utilize all methods of funding to do this. I disagree that grant funding is passing the tax burden down to our children, because if we dont take the opportunity to apply for these funds. Someone or some other city will take those funds.
