It seems sad to me that Christmas decorations go up so long before Christmas yet are out of sight so soon after. The 12 days of Christmas actually start on Christmas and continue til January 6, which is the day of celebration for the visit of the Magi. I love celebrating the season...the WHOLE season! While we may put away some of our decorations (now that everyone has gone home and Mike Hardy and I are left here), we will leave our nativity out and a couple of our trees-the ones in memory of my grandmothers cause I can hardly stand it to have to put them away. If we celebrate Advent in preparation of the birth of our Savior, lets celebrate Christmas during THESE days because HE HAS COME!
