It seems that my "Article V Initiative" that I eventually wanted to propose, is being implement. The "Article V Initiative" would be the calling of a Convention of the States to surpass the Congressional Amendment process. If two-thirds of the States (34 State Legislatures) request it, they can call a Convention to propose an Amendment, surpassing two-thirds of Congress. My main amendments are a Congressional Term Limit Amendment, a Balanced Budget Amendment, a Supreme Court Reform Amendment, and a DC/Territorial Congressional Vote Amendment. I would also add a Nullification Amendment, though I am not a huge fan of Nullification, nor do I think it could get to the Convention stage. Please go to conventionofstates to support the cause.
