It seems that the problem with the alienation between Magistrates - TopicsExpress

It seems that the problem with the alienation between Magistrates Courts and the law - extends far beyond Plymouth. Next Council Tax recovery farce (sure to be accompanied by theft) at Plymouth Magistrates Court - Friday 19th December, nominal start time 2pm (Ill be there from 1.15pm). Come and see how the Labour council treats the poor and the poorest in our city. No wonder the desperate, but chronically ignorant, have turned to UKIP - Labour councillors are desperately trying to find a ward where they have even a chance of re-election. Labours legacy to Plymouth - a racist UKIP - no wonder we are blighted by race hate crimes. It is probably too late, but Labour could start considering the needs of the people who elected them - instead of the outrageously self-inflated fees they receive for their treachery. Back to court - lately Plymouth peoples party have thrown in a double bill on CT theft day - where Labour sends its educational welfare enforcer to trash (at a court that has imprisoned a pregnant mother in the last couple of months) any concept of welfare for young people, or for those who have responsibility for young people. I challenge Plymouths Labour council to pick on ANYONE with the means to afford competent legal representation.
