It seems that this particular Full Moon (will be Full at 8:52pm PST) is quite strong in the effect of its Force. the Force itself is Neutral, however, its Strong, which can, will, and is Magnifying everything. Ive been doing more meditation on stillness the last couple of days to ground. The more grounded I feel through this inward focus, the more Expansion Im enjoying. AND its one-moment-to-the-next of vigilant Attention (free from any white-knuckling of our circumstances or emotions or inner stories). So some may like to have some guidance in grounding and clearing. This guided meditation was recorded for a Mercury Retrograde some months back, and Im finding its energy still pulsing, Alive, and helpful.
