It seems to me that it was only what 30 years or so ago that government was all for breaking up Monopolies... Now theyre creating them... Doubt me? Remember when they broke up the phone company and created all the baby bells? Me too... now the only game in town is cell phone providers that rent another companies cell towers... (this explains why no matter which cell company I call, there is always a dead spot right where my house is.) Its also why most radio stations and news stations are all owned by the same conglomerate... We can find out all about Justin Bieber and the Kardashians (Who the Bleep are they anyway? Not that I give an alighted version of carnal knowledge.) But we wont here the truth anywhere. Big government must own a big chunk of these monopolies now... or else the Supreme Court Justices are huge investors. I dont see Walmart counting how many cars come and go out of their place of business for a Traffic Study My little business that sees maybe 25 clients a week had to do that... For every car over 10 per day, I wouldve had to pay $250... I hear that they paid to put in stop lights for Walmart. I had to pay for my own remodelling... I watch all these little ma & pa groceries and hardware stores disappearing while the big chain stores that dont offer medical or pay a decent wage, prosper. Note to Government and the big, non tax paying, multi billion dollar corporations that the government give subsidies to... You can kiss my grits. YOU SUCK.
