It seems to me that people are rude, uncouth, and unreliable for absolutely no good reason. Recently I got in touch with someone I had not seen since 4th grade. We talked on the phone, he seemed really excited to hear from me, and wanted to hang out. The first night I waited for 4 hours in and around a parking lot and a certain street in town. I kept calling and telling me he would meet me in 15 mins. I finally got sick of waiting and went home. The next day he said he would call when he got into town and we could meet up.
