It seems to me that there is a relationship between the fascination of Flight 370 and the advocacy of CAGW. So many people dont realize just how big the earth is. A plane gets lost and we start hearing about really crazy theories like black holes because we just dont believe that we humans are so small that we could get lost. Attempting to measure the temperature on a global scale, (the earth is not in a test-tube) coming up with less than a degree Celsius increase over a two hundred year period, blaming it on humans and then deciding that we need to ruin the worlds economy in order to fix the situation. Those who advise a more holistic approach or alternative viewpoints are bullied into compliance and submission; they are told that they are not scientists. I am certain someone else has said this before me, simply because it is so obvious.
