It should be noted that currently there is a second Scramble For Africa taking place, primarily between the U.S. and China. With China investing more in Africas infrastructure and the U.S. doing what it does best, sending in its military, which already consists of almost 1,000 foreign military bases world wide. Since 2012, the US has deployed their troops to more than 35 African countries and, oddly, they are sending even more troops to fight ebola. This is how the world works, its all about power and expanding that power by powerful familes and their affiliates who have been ruling for generations behind the scenes. That is not a conspiracy theory, it is a literal statement that has been historically documented and spoken of by presidents, such as Woodrow Wilson in his book The New Freedom, president FDR in his letter to Col. Edward Mandell House and former prime minister Benjamin Disraeli in his book Conigsby, rumored to be about Nathan Rothschild, where he wrote in Chapter 15; The world is governed by very different personages to what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes.
