It shouldnt take the death of a celebrity to bring attention to something as important as depression. Ive seen its evil result. May the loss of Robin Williams inspire people who need it to seek help and treatment. May it comfort families who have lost loved ones to this disease to realize that even someone rich and popular and powerful can succumb to this scourge. Robin Williams was a genius who will be missed. Others lost to this disease were wonderful loving wives, husbands, mothers, partners and friends. They all matter.
